The two chefs and owners have put together their ideas and
sensations to reach the most
exquisite palate.
Our dream, for more than ten years, begins with the love and dedication that we both have for the trade, and since November 5, 2019, when we saw the opportunity to give voice to our dream, we did not hesitate for a second.
The chef and owner, Lena Maria Grané, was trained in the city of Barcelona where she had the opportunity to work in high-level kitchens and to which she owes her devotion to the world of gastronomy. Motivated to go further, undertake new challenges and learn about different culinary cultures, she decided to move to London at the age of 19, to immerse herself in English cuisine.
From all the learning obtained, her project was born today that shows that the convergence between both culinary cultures is possible, and produces a result that is totally irresistible.
The Chef and co-owner Ricky Smith was trained in London, where he developed a strong culinary understanding and an unstoppable passion for food and cooking. After working many years in some of the top restaurants in London, he made the decision to travel to Spain and develop his culinary palette by working in some of the most respected restaurants in Barcelona, and finally, he was presented with the oppertunity to be able to pursue his dream and have a project of his own.
